Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to bookings you make with us online, via email or Direct Debit. We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other traveller on the booking and that person will bind all such travellers to these Terms and Conditions.
Prices: All rates are quoted in AUD and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax). Our ABN number is 66 253 172 161. All prices are subject to availability.
Deposit & Payment: Your credit card details are required to confirm your booking and will be securely stored in our reservations booking system. Please note that your credit card details are taken as a guarantee of your booking.
Terms of payment are: 50% on booking via the website with the remaining 50% due 14 days prior to the departure of the tour via Direct Debit. An Invoice will be generated once your deposit has been received for the remaining 50%, plus inclusions for any additional adults or children booked in your group.
Amendment and Cancellation Conditions: Notice of amendments or cancellations must be provided in writing. There are no refunds for Accommodation or Fully Inclusive Tour Packages identified as non-refundable. We will do our best to secure another booking to reduce or avoid the need for cancellation charges, whenever possible. Rescheduling will be subject to the availability and Cancellation Conditions.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival – no penalty
Bookings cancelled 14 days prior to arrival – 50% penalty
Bookings cancelled under 14 days prior to arrival – no refund
No shows – no refund
Please note: Special Tour Package deposits and credit card fees already processed are non-refundable. Refunds for third party supplied tour, show or activity costs are subject to the third party supplier’s cancellation policy.
COVID-Related Cancellations: If you have tested positive to Covid 19 or unable to travel as a direct result of border closures or Government imposed travel restrictions that directly impact your booking, Country Pub Tours will allow you to change your booking dates (subject to availability) for no penalty, or refund the full value of the booking, less any third-party related charges. (Proof of Covid 19 positive test will be requested)
Travel Insurance: Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance prior to travel.
Force Majeure Event: If your booking is cancelled or is not able to be taken due to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below), Country Pub Tours will offer you a FULL refund less any unrecoverable costs (including but not limited to recoveries from third party suppliers and any other costs incurred to sell the package). Force Majeure Event includes, but is not limited to, any act of, event or cause including floods, earthquakes, fires, lightning, storms or other acts of God, industrial disputes, breakage of machinery, or arising out of any other unexpected and exceptional cause, delays in transport and dispositions or orders of Governmental authority which prevents a trip to commence, continue or be completed.
General: These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time and are subject to change at our complete discretion without further notice to you.
Guarantee Policy: A valid Credit Card is required at time of booking.
Identification: Upon arrival Guests may be asked to provide valid photographic identification for security purposes. The booking must be under the name of the person checking in.
Special Requests: We will make all attempts to satisfy special requests, however cannot guarantee.
Dietary Requirements: Any requests for special dietary requirements need to be advised at time of booking. Due to some of our off-grid remote locations we have had to implement a responsible policy for catering to dietary allergies. As such we can accommodate those dietary requirements that do not challenge our kitchen and food suppliers. Please inform our team at time of booking if you suffer from any food allergies to ensure that your health and well-being needs are met.
No-Shows / Failure to Cancel: Each booking with Country Pub Tours is subject to a Cancellation Policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a 100% penalty charge. If guests choose to shorten their stay or check out early the no Refund Policy will apply.
Limitation of Liability : Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms and Conditions to the contrary, Country Pub Tours, both for itself and on behalf of their employees or agents, do not accept any responsibility for any act, omission, default or neglect of themselves, their employees or agents for injury, damage, or loss to persons or goods whatsoever. They shall not be held responsible for indirect damage, damage arising from consequential damage or special circumstances, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity, arisen out of the performance or non-performance of obligations under this Terms and Conditions.
Health: You must ensure that you are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to your travel.
